Executive Director & Founder
Roslan holds a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) from ITTAR and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and takaful industry. Starting his career with Takaful Malaysia in 1997, he developed a strong expertise in business development and marketing. In 2008, Roslan took a leap of faith and founded Khalifah Iman Agency, working as an independent takaful and insurance consultant for general and group business. His hard work and dedication led to the establishment of Khalifah Eiman Sdn Bhd (KESB), which has received notable recognition, including Agency Awards 2021 (Top Fire Producer Non-Motor Category) and Agency Awards 2024 (Top Personal Accident Producer Non-Motor Category).
AZRIN BIN ARIFFIN
Chief Executive Officer
Azrin holds a Diploma in Banking from UiTM and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. With 27 years of experience in the insurance and takaful industry, he has developed a strong expertise in business development and marketing. Starting his career with Takaful Malaysia in 1999, Azrin has built a niche market in corporate business and government dealings. As Assistant Vice President and Head of Corporate Agency at MAA Takaful (2006-2016), he played a key role in transforming the company into a major player in corporate business, securing significant deals with government ministries, agencies, and corporate clients.
His extensive network and experience have been instrumental in driving business growth and securing major accounts, making him a valuable asset to KESB since 2016.
NOOR MAZHUARI BIN ZAKARIA
Chief Operation Officer
Mazhuari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Insurance from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). With a career spanning over 27 years, he has developed expertise in general takaful, specializing in Non-Motor Underwriting, Large and Specialised Risk Underwriting, Retakaful, and Operations. He began his career in 1997 at Protac Insurance Brokers, followed by a 13 years tenure at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Bhd, where he progressed through various key roles, ultimately serving as Senior Manager of Technical Underwriting & Operations.
In 2013, he joined Hong Leong MSIG Takaful as Head of General Division, overseeing general takaful operations, including underwriting, retakaful, and claims. Prior to his current role, he served as Operation Director and Trainer at ALPS Inspiration Consultant Sdn Bhd.
MOHD HAFIZI BIN MOHD BADROL AFANDI
Chief Commercial Officer
Hafizi holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from UNITAR. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, he has developed extensive expertise in commercial and operational aspects of reinsurance, insurance, and insurance brokerage. He began his career in 1993 at ARL International Limited, Labuan, followed by a stint at Arab Malaysian Assurance from 1996. In 2016, he joined KSDC Insurance Brokers (a subsidiary of Kedah State Development Corporation), where he served as General Manager prior to joining KESB in 2022. Notably, he was a Senior Manager in the Broking Department at Arab Malaysian Assurance, focusing on group and general non-motor businesses.
Throughout his tenure, Hafizi was actively involved in large and special risks programs, working directly with consultants and brokers. His vast experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the industry.
